you must putt on these rubber pull over type undergarments, with nothing on underneath. You pick a nice squishy food, like pumkin pie filing, mash potatoes, instant oatmeal(my fav), make sure it's not to hot, beacuse it will scold you. So then you scoop/pour the oatmeal into undergarment, that keeps it from spilling out.Then add a butt plug and insert it in your ass and hold in place. If you make your oatmeal to liquidy you can add bread or dry oatmeal to keep it a good consistancy. The warm oatmeal feels good, to make it a little more uncomfortable, add Ice cubes, Ice cream or just refrigerated yogurt, really anything cold from fridge The cold will send shivers up your spine especially after the warm oatmeal, still in there. Sometime you can put warm in front or back and cold on the opposit and they'll slowly combine to normal.
Then You get sent on an erand, like grocery shopping(need more oatmeal?) or picking up the dry cleaning. so you have to travel to the place, with this sticky gooey mess smushing all over you(neatly contained in the rubber pull over) not wanting anyone to know you have this mess in between your legs squishing around. everytime you sit down you'll feel it move and squish. so an erand is great, you can drive there and get out of car get back in and drive back and have to talk to or deal with one person, a cashier person or whatever.
then you return home to your master. as added punishment, have your master masterbate into the underwear, sit and squish it in with the rest of the mess.
