you must putt on these rubber pull over type undergarments, with nothing on underneath. You pick a nice squishy food, like pumkin pie filing, mash potatoes, instant oatmeal(my fav), make sure it's not to hot, beacuse it will scold you. So then you scoop/pour the oatmeal into undergarment, that keeps it from spilling out.Then add a butt plug and insert it in your ass and hold in place. If you make your oatmeal to liquidy you can add bread or dry oatmeal to keep it a good consistancy. The warm oatmeal feels good, to make it a little more uncomfortable, add Ice cubes, Ice cream or just refrigerated yogurt, really anything cold from fridge The cold will send shivers up your spine especially after the warm oatmeal, still in there.
