Complaint against account thereticulate

I was talking to this account: thereticulate
They claimed to be wanting to be exposed.
They were very weird on kik (would be happy to share chats with mods in pm) and I was suspecting something was wrong but they claimed they had just been drinking.

I also noticed that the images they were sharing were already on an album here: https://m.homepornbay.com/album/cassandra2

But they were trying to make it seem like they were taking these images live (especially because I asked for a proof image and they used one from this album)

I would like to request that the account be banned, since it is pretty old, and the only reason I was trusting it in the first place was because it was a 'senior member' on gd

One of the main reasons that I want to pursue this and not let it slide is that I asked for proof of identity by asking them to share an image of them holding a peace sign (they could be fully clothed) and they sent an image from this album - which leads me to believe that it is someone pretending to be the person named 'cassandra' in the album just recycling those pictures.

Another thing is - I also noticed that there was a pattern - the thread I linked in had something about an album being shared and that containing a driver's license and whatnot, with a thread being created after saying that that was a mistake.

But one of the vieweres on the site we were using (Chatpic.org) constantly asked for 'either the full name or the drivers license'. They also asked for pictures just as the kik account shared them

And lastly - the account had a very bullying behaviour. It would say 'I know you wont expose me' literally after the pictures had already been uploaded to chatpic.
The account also repeated a lot of time 'dont share my full name or address' when I asked what they are comfortable with - but they never shared their name or address. They said something along the lines of 'oh no you shared my face' when the images given to me were literally ones with their face. This conflicting behaviour makes the account even more suspicious

I've been a member here for years without any issues. I've always let it be known that I'm not into being a slave, and this seems to upset people here. Just because you demand "proof of identity" does not mean you are obligated to that, especially when it could literally lose me my job.

I am sorry my limits upset this particular person. If mods would like to discuss further, I am happy to do so.

That’s a BS reason. The Album I linked in has all the pictures with the person who you are claiming to be’s face, it’s already publicly available. You sharing a picture of urself clothed with no nudity or sexual content etc in a private chat will not get you fired or harm your job after the content available publicly.

You’ve used thinly veiled excuses like this to seem legitimate, your getdare history isn’t also the best with the post I linked in. You’ve done this before and I’m not sure why the complaint wasn’t recorded then itself.

Your kik account was also only 9 days old. Seems to me that you had to create a new one with such an old get dare account? Not to mention you said in our chat you don’t trust getdare people at all either.

You have a right to not reveal your identity, but the person posting the pictures to expose also has a duty to get consent from the person in the picture. And if they are asking you to prove it’s you in the pictures, you have to either prove it and give consent otherwise not ask them to post, especially considering this is exposure we are talking about - it’s absurd you don’t want to prove your identity during an exposure

the link you are posting is one that was result of a dare here. Mods I want to make sure I'm ok but I want to block this person and move on. I just want to respect the rules and make sure everything is ok

I believe there is some deception, and this account is pretending to be the person in the album I shared.

I was transparent from the start with this person, I will not show so much of myself that it could lose me my job. This seems to upset people. It is pretty clear from my tattoos what pictures are actually me

Lol interesting you brought that tattoo thing up, I just noticed that there are discrepancies in the pictures you claimed to have shared with me live lol. I can’t obviously share the pictures on GD cuz of ToS but mods y’all can reach out to me on discord and I’ll show y’all, thanks!

That last reply should emphasize the issue here. This person feels aggrieved. I don't care if they are banned just please don't let them respond to me anymore
