Put the posture collar on, clovers on your nipples, ball crusher on, and high heels on. Stand in the corner for 30 minutes with your nose to the wall and your hands behind your back. If you need to rotate the clamps or adjust the crusher you can take a minute to do that but you go right back into position after. Got it?
