Lube up your whole titsand massage them each at the time by squeezing with a ring made with both hands that pulls from base of your teat right to the nipple 20 times per side. Then get nipple pumps on for 30 minutes. Once the time is up tie hair ties or exposed part of your nipple/areola and then pull pumps off. Twist your nipples 20 times clock wise and another 20 times counter clockwise. After that repeat massage and pumping but at the end put again hair ties but also a cloth hanger on your nipples and tug on them 30 times before trying how far can you stretch them/how much weight can you put on them. Repeat until satisfyingly sore and swollen.
