How about the following

One hour spent with a butt plug in.

As for a permanent rule, I struggled with this as wanted to make cruel but achievable. So how about….for every corner time you must have your cock/balls tied tightly (but safely) with a shoe lace or similar. Give you something to focus on and, when the pain becomes too distracting, makes it a little harder to get too many minutes in at a time

Oh well... that was always a hard limit for me as a sub but it became a thrilling dislike when I switched to the dom mood.
