22 male looking for help to get hypnosis to work

Hey everyone,

I've been trying out (self)hypnosis for a while and haven't been able to get it to work. So I'm looking for help with this and any possible tips.

So far I get the feeling that I'm able to relax quite deeply and lose most of the focus on my body (although itchy feelings, like an itchy nose, can be annoying). However I don't seem to be able to completely go into trance and let go of my conscious mind, my mind stays mostly with me and I can almost always remember everything (unless I'm extremey sleepy beforehand).

I've tried the following:
- A hypnostist through text
- a multitude of different video and audio files
- Listening to a single audio file every evening for a week long
- Extended session of over 2 hours of looping
- Translating a file to my native language and using a computer generated voice to pronunciate it, which I have saved as an audio file

Any help and especially tries are welcome.

However I do want to know what is going to be programmed beforehand or at least be sure that it's within certain limitations.

I've herd that some people have more trouble being hypnotized than others. unfortunately I don't know how to help.

Yeah I might fall in the more difficult category but I'm not sure.

The thing is I never had a hypnotist try it for a few session live on cam.
