I assumed that I have to be in the clothes I picked while getting to the place I chose. (except when I'm outdoors because it's snowing in Canada...) So if I picked public washroom I would have to walk there in the clothes I picked, not just when I'm in it... that didn't leave me with many choices ^^" I had to repick because I ran out of points...
