If your yahoo or MSN| is the same as your email address dont put it in a post on here because spambots trawl the net grabbing all email addresses they can find. I believe its the main tool used by spammers to harvest them.

If you must put it in a post do it like this:
sissicd (at) ymail.com

Alternatively put it in your profile and guide people to it

When posting in this thread i suggest we put our time zone or where it is we are. Afternoon in one country can be the middle of the night in another
